A Jesus People Community
Calvary Chapel was formed as a fellowship of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our supreme desire is to know Christ and to be conformed into His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. We are not a denominational church, nor are we opposed to denominations as such, only the over-emphasis of the doctrinal differences that have led to the division of the Body of Christ.

Word
We believe in the inerrancy of Scripture. The Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God, a complete and final written revelation of God. Pastor David seeks to teach the Word of God in such a way that its message can be applied to an individual’s life, leading that person to greater maturity in Christ.
"Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth."
- John 17:17
Worship
We believe worship of God should be spiritual, intelligent, and fruitful. Therefore, we aim to fully yield to the leading of the Holy Spirit to direct our worship. Our church services are designed with great emphasis upon God’s Word, that He might instruct us how He should be worshipped. His love in our lives is the ultimate demonstration that we have been truly worshipping Him.
"Let everything that has breath praise the Lord."
- Psalm 150:6
Withness
Withness is the Fellowship of God’s people. We believe the only true basis of Christian fellowship is Christ’s (Agape) love, which is greater than any differences we possess, and without which we cannot claim ourselves Christians.
"Let us not forsake the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching."
- Hebrews 10:25
Witness
God’s transforming love in our lives moves us to fulfill the Great Commission, as commanded by Jesus, thus becoming a Witness to others in our local community as well as to the world beyond our borders.
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen."
- Matthew 28:19-20
