The Hospitality ministry at CCCV exists for the purpose of honoring our Lord Jesus Christ by offering various food services to our fellow believers. It is our belief that hospitality is a God-given gift (Hebrews 13:1,2) and that it requires the Holy Spirit to be properly administered (1 Peter 4:9-10). We are blessed to offer a variety of opportunities to serve in the Hospitality ministry. Serving at a regularly scheduled church service, either weekly or biweekly under the direction of a service overseer; arrange and distribute baked goods, beverages, coffee and cappuccino. You may attend the service you commit to, but we would need you to serve before and after service. Preparing and delivering goodies for designated church services. This may be done as often as you like, but we ask you to commit to a schedule, i.e. every week, every other week, and/or special events. We could be asked to serve Hospitality at the request of other ministries, or at church-wide events such as brunches, Issues of Life, Moments with the Master, etc. |
