Joel Rosenberg will be our guest speaker for all four Sunday services. Joel is the New York Times best-selling author of The Last Jihad, The Last Days, The Ezekiel Option, The Copper Scroll, and Epicenter: How the Current Rumblings in the Middle East Will Change Your World, with more than one million copies in print. He is also the founder and president of the Joshua Fund, a nonprofit charitable and educational organization that provides humanitarian relief for victims of war and terrorism in Israel and the Muslim world.

Men's Retreat
Our 2008 Men's Retreat will be held at the Calvary Chapel Conference Center in Twin Peaks. The cost is $135 with a $70 non refundable deposit due at the time of sign up. This will include all meals for the weekend. For more information or to register online click here.

Sunday Evening BBQ
Our first Sunday evening BBQ of the summer will start on Sunday, May 25th. Our summer BBQ's take place after our Sunday evening services and will run from May 25th through August 31st. The Menu will change each week, so check back to see what's cookin'!

CCCV Inland Empire Men's Conference
Men, mark your calendars now for our 12th annual Inland Empire Men's Conference on Saturday, May 31st, here at CCCV. Our speakers for the day will be Pastor Chuck Smith, Pastor David Rosales, Pastor Raul Ries, Pastor Ken Graves, Pastor Mike MacIntosh and Victor Marx. Father Daughter Banquet
Starting May 4th, the Family Fellowship Ministry will start to take sign ups for our two Father/Daughter Banquets this year! The first one is held on Saturday, June 14th for daughters ages K-6th grade. The second one is scheduled for Saturday, June 28th for daughters 7th grade and up. Both dates are from 5:00-8:00pm in the Banquet Hall. Tickets are $20 per person. Please stop by the Gazebo for tickets and information.

VBS
We are now taking registrations for our upcoming Vacation Bible School (VBS) 2008.  This year’s theme is “Power Lab - Discovering Jesus Miraculous Power."  At our Power Lab, kids will be engaged with fun science themed surprises, and see amazing things happen as they search the scriptures and discover Jesus' miraculous power! Our VBS Power Lab is open to all kids from K – 6th grade and is schedule to begin June 16th through June 20th (excluding Wednesday) from 6pm-9pm and July 14th through 18th from 9am-12pm. Come to the Children's Ministry Office for more information and to register your child. There is no cost for this event.

Family Camp
Join our Family Ministry at this year’s Family Camp in Mammoth Lakes, July 6th-12th. Sign-ups begin April 6th with a 50% deposit. Information packets are available at the Gazebo. Space is limited!

Hawaii Getaway
We are taking interest sign-ups, as well as securing reservations with a $500 non-refundable deposit at the Gazebo for our next Hawaii Getaway, November 13th-18th at the beautiful Grand Wailea Resort in Maui. The cost is $2900 per couple. Flyers are available at the Gazebo.
