Women's
Ministry

What is Charis?
“Charis,” the name of CCCV’s Women’s Ministry, is a Greek word that means ‘grace.’ In 2 Peter 3:18, the ministry’s foundational scripture, Peter urges Christians to “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” Charis Women’s Ministry is comprised of ten individual ministries purposely designed to equip and encourage women to grow in His grace and knowledge. This happens through small group Bible studies, special events, and the various specialized ministries listed below. There are opportunities to serve and receive ministry.
