ASL 1 with a Christian Perspective

The Deaf Ministry will be teaching ASL 1 with a Christian Perspective for those who desire to learn how to communicate the Gospel message to the Deaf community. Participants will learn a new language, culture, and gain a new perspective on how to share the love of God. Students will also learn basic ASL vocabulary, church specific vocabulary, ASL grammar, basic interpreting skills, worship songs, and Deaf culture. At the end of the course students will be able to share their faith and worship in ASL.

This 11-week course will be held on Monday evenings from 7:00pm - 9:00pm, beginning on September 16th.

Sign-ups will be open through September 15th, and the cost is $20 for materials.
