Summer Baptism
This summer, we’re not only celebrating new life through baptism—we’re also thanking the God for 44 years of ministry at Calvary Chapel Chino Valley. Since Pastor David Rosales began teaching a home Bible study in 1981, God has grown our church from a small gathering to A Jesus People Community on a 13-acre campus, with thousands joining us both in person and online.
You’re invited to join us for our Annual Summer Baptism on Sunday, July 27, right after second service. We’ll gather in the courtyard as friends and family cheer on those taking this powerful step of faith.
Immediately after second service, all those getting baptized are asked to meet with Pastor David in the Sanctuary. He will share an explanation of what baptism means before we head outside together.
No sign-ups are needed—just come with a heart ready to follow Jesus. Teens and adults who wish to be baptized must have a clear understanding of what baptism represents and wear a non-white T-shirt over a swimsuit. Chino Valley Baptism shirts will be available in the Chapel Store for purchase.
Bring your lawn chairs and shade umbrellas and settle in on the grass near the playground. Food and ice cream will be available for purchase so you can enjoy a time of celebration and fellowship after service.
Come celebrate lives transformed and 44 years of God’s faithfulness with your church family!
