VBS All Servants Meeting

Serving

From serving as a group guide with the kids, to prepping fun crafts and everything in between, there are many areas where you can serve at VBS. Adults and youth going into 7th grade are welcome to be a part of our amazing VBS team, permitting they meet the following requirements:

• Consider CCCV their home church and have attended for 6 months or more

• Have a current Ministry Application or Kids Ministry Event Application on file

• Received approval from the Kids Ministry Administration

Make sure to sign up by Wednesday, July 2nd and submit an event application (if applicable) to be approved in time for the VBS All Servants Meeting.

How it Works

• Sign up online. You will receive a confirmation email that your submission has been received.

• The office will check your current Ministry Application or Kids Ministry Event Application on file and contact you if anything is required of you. Be sure to check your email regularly and that our emails are not missed in your junk folder.

• Your contact information will be provided to the Leader over the area you are assigned. Your Leader will connect with you by Saturday, July 5th confirming where you will be serving.

• Sunday, July 6th | All VBS Servants Meeting | 1pm in Chapel

• Sunday, July 13th | All VBS Servants Area Prep Meeting | 1pm as assigned

Servant Childcare

• Childcare for kids 0-4 years old is available to those serving at VBS.
